Three men have been charged in Blair County, accused of raping women over multiple days at an Altoona apartment.

According to multiple probable-cause affidavits, 42-year-old Andre Turner and 36-year-old Jason Oliver, both of Altoona, and 30-year-old Solomon Shackelford, of Pittsburgh, are accused of sexually assaulting the women between Oct. 20 and Thursday at The Taylor apartments along 13th Avenue in the city.

The women were allegedly forced to take multiple drugs before the alleged assaults, including methamphetamine, heroin and embalming fluid, according to the affidavits.

One woman also claimed that she was “marked” with a crown tattoo on her neck while she was impaired, according to the affidavits.

Turner, Oliver and Shackelford have each been charged with several offenses, including felonies for rape, kidnapping and sexual assault.

All three men were arraigned Friday before District Judge Paula M. Aigner, of Hollidaysburg, and were sent to the Blair County Prison on $500,000 bonds.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Nov. 8 before District Judge Daniel C. DeAntonio, of Altoona.
