Coroner IDs man killed in fatal motorcycle crash in Cherry Tree

Indiana County, PA (WJAC) — Indiana County Coroner Jerry Overman has identified the victim of Sunday's fatal motorcycle crash in Cherry Tree Borough.
Officials say 39-year-old William Roland Jr., of Westover, was killed Sunday night after crashing his motorcycle near the Indiana and Clearfield county line.
Investigators say Roland was ejected from the motorcycle after striking a utility pole.
Overman says that he suffered blunt force trauma to his chest and his death was ruled accidental.

State police in Indiana County say a man was killed Easter weekend after crashing his motorcycle in Cherry Tree Borough.
Investigators say the crash occurred around 8 p.m. Sunday along the 300 block of Front Street.
Troopers say the operator reportedly lost control of his motorcycle, left the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Police say the man was thrown from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead by the Indiana County Coroner.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the man killed in the crash.
