In My Hero Ultra Rumble, you can play as these superpowered individuals. Of course, just like in the anime and manga, some characters and their powers are naturally stronger than others. My Hero Ultra Rumble Tier List of Best Characters

First of all, you need to be aware of how unlocking characters works in MHUR. To familiarize yourselves with this, we recommend that you read through our How to Unlock Characters My Hero Ultra Rumble guide. In any case, there are only 18 characters in the game at the moment. And as anyone that follows My Hero Academia knows, there are dozens of characters there, many of which are really powerful, as well as fun and important to the plot.
