Man accused of filming PSU student in bathroom stall given credit for time served

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — A Centre County man accused of filming a Penn State student inside a bathroom earlier this year was sentenced Friday and given credit for time served.

Police say Mark Williams, 52, was charged in February after he reportedly filmed a partially undressed, male student inside a HUB bathroom.

The student later testified that Williams punched him in the face after being confronted about the alleged filming.

Williams was charged with invasion of privacy, simple assault and harassment.
