GEDDES, N.Y. (CelebrityAccess) -After a chaotic June 5th concert at N.Y.’s St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview left frustrated fans waiting in long lines to enter the venue, Dave Matthews and promoter Live Nation are trying to make amends.
Concertgoers who did not manage to pass the shed’s gates by 8:15, when the curtains went up, have been offered a code to purchase discounted concert tickets for future Live Nation shows.
Customers who purchased lawn tickets have been offered $50 dollars per ticket, while those who purchased pavilion tickets can get $100 dollars per ticket purchased.
“We are grateful for your patience and understanding as we worked alongside SMG the venue operator in their efforts to rectify the situation. And while Live Nation doesn’t control parking operations at the venue, we do recognize the venue’s highest priority was assuring the safety of pedestrians walking near an ambitious parking lot improvement project,” a statement from the DMB fan club said.
The code can be used until Dec. 31 towards future concert tickets and can be used at other venues.
