To use the Signal Translator, go to your Terminal and type in the following command: Transmit [what you want your message to be here]. This will cause the message to slowly appear on the screen for all players, one letter (or symbol) at a time. It will transmit this no matter where you are. Naturally, there is a catch. Namely, you are limited to just nine characters. So make the message count and don’t forget to use short words and abbreviations.
