From Nicaragua To New York, ONS Doctor Brings World Of Experience
Berliner is a fellowship-trained specialist in hip and knee replacement, with considerable experience performing anterior hip replacements, minimally invasive knee replacements and treating lower extremity traumas.
“More than one million people In the United States undergo total joint replacements each year. That number is expected to quadruple in less than 20 years,” said Dr. Seth Miller, president of ONS. “Dr. Berliner’s superb training and accomplishments in joint replacement and revision will help our practice meet the growing demand from residents of Fairfield and Westchester counties.”
A graduate of New York University School of Medicine, Berliner completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of California, San Francisco followed by a fellowship in hip and knee replacement at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
Berliner has also traveled extensively, acting as a visiting surgeon and providing other volunteer medical services abroad in both Haiti and Nicaragua.
He will see patients at both ONS’ Greenwich office and at its new location at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, New York.
