Each of Noctis’s friends will have a separate playable story and a new area to explore. Each story will be closely linked to the main story in game.

You and your friends will be able to play together as Gladio, Ignis, Prompto or the main character Noctis. We are not sure if you will be able to play the whole main story in co-op, but that would definitely be a great feature.

All DLC packs will be included in the season pass which will cost $25, but you can also buy DLC packs separately. Pricing has not been announced for the individual purchase of the packs.

All this information was revealed by Square Enix at the Paris Games Week press conference, along with some new gameplay and news updates from the developers.
We played both Final Fantasy XV demos, Duscae and Platinum, and impressions are very positive and the core game looks enjoyable. While you wait for the release of the game you should check out the Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy movie, since it’s linked to the game and events are parallel to each other. Kingsglaive focuses on Regis Lucis Caelum, Noctis’s father and elite kings guards called Kingsglaive.

Final Fantasy XV was in development for more than 10 years, and hopefully we can expect a masterpiece upon the release on the 29th of November. Let us know in the comment section below if you excited about the Final Fantasy release, and what your impressions about the DLC structure are.
