And it will have you raid the Davis Quartz Mining Facility and steal Merryweather’s cargo.

This cargo is a Draugur in the container. Hence, the first part of the mission will have you loading the container on the Avenger. However, the next step is to bring back the cargo to the Los Santos Angels’ facility.
