2 arrested in connection to armed robbery at Hornerstown AutoZone, police say
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Two men have been charged after an armed robbery earlier this month at the AutoZone in the Hornerstown section of Johnstown, according to police.
According to police, 23-year-old Juquette Charles, of Johnstown, and 18-year-old Gavin Hopkins, of Philadelphia, walked into AutoZone. Police say one displayed a firearm and they demanded money from the register.
They removed the money and then left the scene. They got into a waiting van in the parking lot of Team Collision Center.
Charles has been charged with robbery, aggravated assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and is being held in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail.
Hopkins is facing similar charges.
His charges include conspiracy to commit robbery, aggravated assault, possessing a gun without a license, and recklessly endangering another person, according to online court documents.

Police say charges are pending against the man they believe was driving the getaway car.
